Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

At Jyots Couture, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. We strive to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible while maintaining our commitment to quality and timely order fulfillment.

Key points:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters processing, customization, or dispatch stages.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Many of our premium lehengas and couture pieces involve special craftsmanship and preparation. Therefore, cancellation policies for such products are more restrictive.

Key points:

  • Customized, personalized, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Any work already completed on a customized order may be non-refundable.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations are eligible for a refund according to our refund guidelines.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

  • Any payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted as per provider policies.

Cancellation Request Process

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact our support team as soon as possible with their order details.

  • Cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval.

  • Confirmation of cancellation will be shared via email or phone.

Right to Cancel Orders

Jyots Couture reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances.
