At Jyots Couture, we take immense pride in crafting and delivering premium-quality lehengas and ethnic wear. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure that you receive the finest shopping experience.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

Eligible Cases

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings

  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events

Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided processing has not started.

Once production, customization, or dispatch has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
